Important information: As always, the game is $5. This pays for all the badges and paper goods we give out. When you pick up your packet, you can also pay for pizza, which should be $1 a slice. As a note, this year we are doing something different. Instead of having pizza at Midpoint, we are going to have pizza between 5pm - 6pm during our Tutorial. Make sure to pick up your packets early so we can get a good headcount.

A-kon, Friday June 1st, Cityview 6-8 (4th Floor North Tower)

Noon: Character packet pick up and walk-up registration begins.
5pm: Official start time. Pizza! Opening ceremonies, important information, and new player tutorial.
6pm: Game begins.
10pm: Midpoint. Brief break for water, snacks, and bathroom.
Game ends when you’re done! 

We’re aiming to end at midnight, but it could potentially run as late as 2am depending on how you guys play it.

After some suggestions from both players and staff, everyone who has registered will be receiving a pdf copy of their character sheet to the email address they used to sign up. You’ll still get a printed copy in your packet on game day, but this will hopefully allow you a little bit of time to get to know your character’s backstory and abilities before the game! Enjoy!

The theme for 2012 will center around present day series such as The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Eden of the East, Azumanga Daioh, and Durarara!! The game takes place friday night in City View 6-8 (4th floor North Tower), beginning at 5pm.
